No! This is different from your traditional flash tuner. The Stealth Module does not reprogram or flash your ECM. In fact, we are working strictly within the manufacturers safety parameters. This means that anything the Module is asking the truck to do it is fully capable of doing already. If you remove the Stealth Module the truck would be 100% back to stock.
No other modifications, splicing of wiring, program download requirements or gages are needed. Just plug the Stealth Module in and you get safe, reliable power.
